If you were at the Baked Potato last week at Ron King's concert you would know what a cool venue this club is. What's even cooler is that this Sunday, June 26th, the Dennis Dreith Band will be performing there, featuring LA’s hottest session and concert musicians. The band is large and the club is small so if you are planning on attending I suggest you make reservations in advance as they are filling up soon.

2 shows - 9:30PM & 11:30PM

The man behind "TRIUMPH", one of the coolest jazz albums we are distributing, is playing with his ensemble at the Baked Potato in Studio City, CA tonite. You can find out more information by clicking here.

After 10 years of looking at the same site, our terrific designer, Kim Schimansky of CallasDesign, decided she had had enough and designed a new site for us. This one is not only searchable but also responsive so that you can look at it on your computer, tablet and smart phone. You can also subscribe to our newsletter, comment on posts and news, search for albums and composers and do all kinds of neat things. Please play around with it, and let us know how you like it.

The US Postal Service has raised the shipping rates. Again. A lot. Therefore, we had to raise our shipping costs, as well. International packages start at $13.00 for the first 4 ounces (120 grams) and go up $4.00 for every additional 4 ounces. The price cap is at 64 ounces for $40.00. Domestic and Canada shipping rates are not affected. Sorry guys. I know it sucks...

Our third collaboration with Brian Ralston, and the first with co-composer Kays Al-Atrakchi brings you the release of this summer's action-thriller Awaken. The album, with a total running time of over an hour, features a high energy percussion-driven score, virtually every track as written for the movie, as well as the powerful, eponymous End Credits song, performed by the film's star, Natalie Burn. Available as a download now and with a physical street date of Dec 11, the album is limited to 300 copies.

The Eric Ekstrand Ensemble's album Standard Delivery will be out on December 11th, but is available for pre-order now. Comparisons: If you like swing music along the lines of Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Count Basie, Tony Bennett, Harry Connick, Jr., Michael Buble, etc. you'll love the Eric Ekstrand Ensemble's Standard Delivery.

Richard Band's chilling score to Stuart Gordon's Castle Freak is out now. It contains the same music as the previous Intrada release but has supremely superior sound quality.

Craig Safan shares the next music video from his new album Rough Magic. This one is called "A Pair of Strange Beasts".
